🎯 The Goal

Your puzzle starts with all the tiles scrambled and each tile may be spun out of its correct orientation (0, 90, 180, 270 degrees). Slide the rows and columns until your puzzle matches the Target image shown on the left — every tile in the right position and the right orientation. Solve it in as few slides as possible!

🕹️ How to Slide

Slide a Row: Click and drag left or right anywhere on a row. The tiles follow your finger in real time. Release and they snap to the nearest position. Tiles pushed off one edge wrap around and reappear on the other side.

Slide a Column: Click and drag up or down anywhere on a column. Same wrap-around rule applies — off the bottom comes back at the top, and vice versa.

Rotate a Tile: Double-tap (or double-click) any tile within 1 second to rotate it 90° clockwise. A tile must be in the correct position AND correct orientation (not rotated) to count as solved. Four double-taps returns a tile to its original orientation.

📐 Grid Size

Choose between a 3×3 grid (9 tiles — great for beginners) and a 4×4 grid (16 tiles — a serious challenge). Switch any time using the 3×3 / 4×4 buttons. Your best score resets when you switch sizes.

Pick any of the 5 images shown at the top. Each has a Tricky-ness rating — images with lots of repeating patterns (like leopard fur or zebra stripes) are harder because the tiles all look alike. Hit ⇄ Swap Images to load a second set of 5 completely different puzzles.

✅ Checking Your Work

Hit the Check ✓ button at any time. Correctly placed tiles flash teal, wrong tiles flash red. The puzzle auto-detects when you've solved it — no need to press Check.

📊 Scoring

Every row or column slide counts as 1 slide. Your time starts when the puzzle loads. After solving, you can share your result — it shows the grid size, slide count, and time as an emoji grid, just like Wordle.

Pro tip: Study the Target carefully before you start sliding. On high tricky-ness images, the tile numbers shown on the Target (bottom-right of each tile) are your best friend — use them to map out your moves before committing.
